This week will mark my second issue as 110 Magazine’s Chief Contributing Photographer. Though I got good feedback, I was not happy with the January issue at all. My images were not technically good, they lacked impact and were not on par with my peers at Diablo and San Francisco. So I vowed to raise my personal bar for February. Instead of allowing the stories to dictate the photo, I decided to treat the editorial work the same way I shoot my fashion and portrait work outside the magazine.
While I am still not where I know I can get too, I am satisfied by this new issue

Thanks for your post on this site. From my personal experience, there are times when softening right up a photograph could provide the wedding photographer with a bit of an inventive flare. Many times however, the soft blur isn’t what exactly you had under consideration and can sometimes spoil a normally good snapshot, especially if you anticipate enlarging the item.

Write more, thats all I have to say. Literally, it seems as though you relied on the video to make your point. You obviously know what youre talking about, why waste your intelligence on just posting videos to your weblog when you could be giving us something informative to read?
